Robert is in the process of getting ready for a 'one man show' in Albuquerque in Nov of this year and is putting the final touches on more of his works. Some of his new fine art works are now here.

In Fall of 2003, Gordon Van Wert and I found this scene while driving north on State Route 4, just past the Hummingbird Music Camp, on the way to Los Alamos. We were traveling the "back" way to Santa Fe. I can't remember why we were going to Santa Fe, but we were enjoying the ride. I thought this scene was so pleasant and so typical of the area that I wanted it for myself. I love painting New Mexico

"February 1999, my girlfriend and I were traveling north on US 84 through Abiquiu, New Mexico searching for interesting subject matter to paint. We spotted this scene near town. I thought it was delicate and felt compelled to try to portray it. I didn't paint it until 2007."

"In the summer of 1999, I meet with my girlfriend's extended family southwest of Socorro, New Mexico in a canyon for a picnic. We all had a great time. When we left Rebecca Lowe, her son Sam D'Addio and I traveled west looking for interesting landscape for paintings. We came upon this tiny hill. I was so impressed with this little knoll seeming so proud of it's self, all alone, I never forgot it. It was so New Mexico I couldn't resist."
