Artist's
Statement
"This humble box represents great hope and compassion for those in dire need of both in times of fear and desperation. My feelings about what is needed most when the heart is troubled is peace. Peace of mind and peace in knowing that some of the day-to-day complications are taken care of. A sleeping cat in the house means the house is peaceful. This cat's name is Beethoven. He snores when he sleeps.
I
have never lived on a farm, but it seems to me that at times it would be quiet
and peaceful as well. "Baird's Farm" -
